1.Responsible for assigned floors and guest rooms during shift.

1.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.

2.Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.

3.Supervise turndown service.

4.Responsible for strict key control.

5.Inspect regularly guestroom corridors and public areas.

6.Keep floor linen rooms neat and tidy.

7.Assist with team member training and development.

8.Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
依照酒店要求記錄安全日志和事故記錄。
9.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:
1.Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.
具有良好的管家部樓層日常操作方面的知識(shí)。
2.Good supervisor to people and communication ability.
良好的管理及溝通能力。
3.Can speak some English at least can read from Housekeeping Fidelio/Opera.
