崗位職責:
Job description
1.賓客服務經理在前廳部經理的直接領導下,在當班期間負責整個酒店的正常運作。
Under the direct leadership of the front office manager, the assistant manager of the lobby is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during the shift.
2.要負責處理賓客的問題和投訴。
Responsible for handling guest questions and complaints.
3.要負責重要賓客的迎領工作。
Be responsible for the welcoming work of important guests.
4.協(xié)助酒店高級管理層負責及整個飯店的運作收集對客服務過程中所產生的問題信息。
Assist the hotel's senior management and the operation of the entire hotel to collect information on the problems arising from the customer service process.
5.解決當班期間發(fā)生的安全問題。
Solve the safety problems that occurred during the shift.
6.向其它班次協(xié)調交班記錄上需要溝通的事項。
Coordinating the shift records to other shifts.
崗位要求:
Job Requirements
1.大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗3年以上。
College degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the same position.
2.善于交際具有較好的管理和協(xié)調能力,能夠很好的發(fā)揮其管理、領導和監(jiān)督的作用。

3.注重細節(jié),工作有責任心,敢于承擔責任,執(zhí)行力較強。
