    崗位職責(zé): 1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店的日常運(yùn)營和管理:確保酒店各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營和管理指標(biāo)的完成,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo); 2、制定酒店經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和管理目標(biāo):包括制定酒店各階段經(jīng)營計(jì)劃、規(guī)章制度、服務(wù)操作規(guī)程等,并監(jiān)督貫徹執(zhí)行; 3、建立健全酒店組織系統(tǒng):使酒店組織系統(tǒng)合理化、精簡化、高效化,確保酒店各部門之間協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作; 4、健全財(cái)務(wù)制度:閱讀分析每日、每月財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,監(jiān)督財(cái)務(wù)部門做好成本控制、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算等工作; 5、確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量:管理、指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督員工工作,確保酒店的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生環(huán)境符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn); 6、建立培訓(xùn)體系:制定有效的培訓(xùn)體系及激勵機(jī)制,提升員工的綜合素質(zhì)和服務(wù)水平; 7、處理顧客投訴:做好顧客投訴處理與協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保顧客滿意度; 8、制定市場拓展計(jì)劃:帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行全面的市場推廣和銷售活動,擴(kuò)大酒店知名度; 9、客戶關(guān)系管理:與客戶保持良好溝通,維護(hù)酒店良好形象; 10、人才選拔與培養(yǎng):負(fù)責(zé)酒店管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè),選拔、任免、考核管理人員,決定員工編制及獎懲、晉升工作; 11、內(nèi)部溝通與協(xié)調(diào):協(xié)調(diào)酒店內(nèi)部各部門之間的關(guān)系,確保酒店有一個高效率的工作團(tuán)隊(duì); 12、員工關(guān)懷與激勵:以身作則,關(guān)心員工,提高酒店凝聚力,激勵員工以高度熱情和責(zé)任感完成本職工作; 13、安全管理:負(fù)責(zé)酒店的整體安全工作,包括治安、消防及賓客的人身安全等。 14、社會關(guān)系活動:開展酒店社會關(guān)系活動,樹立良好的企業(yè)形象。 崗位要求: 1、 本科以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)管理專業(yè)。 2、 從事國際品牌酒店工作5年以上,具有5年以上相關(guān)高層管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3、 熟悉酒店各部門服務(wù)及管理流程。 4、 善于管理和經(jīng)營團(tuán)隊(duì),事業(yè)心強(qiáng)。 5、 有較強(qiáng)的溝通、計(jì)劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。
