工作職責(zé):
1.協(xié)助總經(jīng)理完成酒店所有與收入及市場(chǎng)銷售相關(guān)的工作并完成總經(jīng)理安排的相關(guān)工作。
2.全面負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)銷售部,宴會(huì)銷售部,收益管理與預(yù)訂部,及市場(chǎng)傳訊部的管理工作。
3.帶領(lǐng)酒店商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成相關(guān)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),包括但不限于管理酒店的持續(xù)盈利能力,確保酒店的收益和利潤(rùn),賓客滿意度達(dá)標(biāo)甚至超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求
4.制定酒店年度/季度/月度預(yù)算預(yù)測(cè)與工作計(jì)劃,并有效的予以實(shí)施
5.參與開(kāi)拓和實(shí)施酒店和部門(mén)的政策規(guī)定。
6.制定開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng)銷售戰(zhàn)略和促銷計(jì)劃,實(shí)時(shí)更具市場(chǎng)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
7.督導(dǎo)和推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)銷售計(jì)劃的進(jìn)展和實(shí)施。
8.為商務(wù)發(fā)展部設(shè)定清晰的工作目標(biāo),實(shí)施員工個(gè)人技能的發(fā)展,業(yè)績(jī)的復(fù)核訓(xùn)導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。
9.監(jiān)督和評(píng)估當(dāng)前發(fā)起的市場(chǎng)銷售活動(dòng)以及市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)。
10.管理部門(mén)內(nèi)部的運(yùn)作,保證部門(mén)固定資產(chǎn)及運(yùn)營(yíng)物品得到良好維護(hù)。
11.定期進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)查,掌握競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息。
12.為酒店設(shè)立價(jià)格策略和銷售目標(biāo)。
13.管理特別項(xiàng)目及其他相關(guān)的生意。
Job Description:
1.Assist the General Managerto complete all work related to revenue and marketing of the hotel, completingwork assigned by the General Manager.
2.Responsible for the management of Sales, Banquet Sales,Revenue Management, Reservations, and marketing communications.
3.Lead the hotel business team to achieve relevantkey indicators, including but not limited to managing the hotel's continuedprofitability, ensuring the hotel's revenue and profit, and guest satisfactionto meet or exceed the standard requirements.
4.Develop the hotel's annual/quarterly/monthly budgetforecast and work plans, implementing them effectively.
5.Participate in developing and implementing hoteland departmental policies and regulations.
6.Develop marketing strategies and promotion plans toadjust tothe market situation in real time.
7.Supervise and drive the progress and implementationof marketing plans.
8.Set clear objectives for business development,implement personal skill development, performance review trainings and other trainings.
9.Monitor and evaluate current initiated marketingactivities and market dynamics.
10.Manage the internal operation of the department toensure that the fixed assets and operational items of the department are wellmaintained.
11.Set pricing strategies and sales targets for thehotel.
12.Manage special projects and other relatedbusinesses.
13.Ensure efficient use of departmental resources.
