·Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.

· Provide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other available services.

·Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure InterContinental Ambassador Loyalty.

· Tracking and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly Club InterContinental occupancy.

· Control the supply requirement and beverage inventory; Check the working environment of the department. Finish attendance on time according to the duty roster.
管理好部門用品需求量及酒水庫存;檢查好部門工作環(huán)境。根據(jù)班表按時完成考勤。
· Set up the buffet Breakfast, Happy Hour and inspect the food quality to ensure all food provided meet the standard.

·Consistently seeking ideas for enhancing the Club InterContinental product and services.

· Strong and effective communications with all other departments, highlighting Club InterContinental area to ensure the proper level of service to our guests.

·Involvement with training, development and performance management of all Club InterContinental colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求
·?Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

·?Good knowledge on Front Office and well familiar with Club Intercontinental operation.
