Position Overview 崗位概述:
Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
按照規(guī)定的配方和規(guī)范,生產(chǎn)糕點,蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋。
The Role 崗位職責(zé):
Keep the work stations clean and sanitized and follow proper safety procedures at all time.
保持工作臺的清潔和消毒工作并遵循正規(guī)的安全程序。
Assist in recording inventory and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to minimize spoilage.
協(xié)助保持庫存量的記錄和儲存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把損壞率降到最低。
Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
檢查和維護所有操作設(shè)備在良好的工作環(huán)境以及建議主管在必要時進行修理和維護。
Complete daily pastry production work
完成餅房日常生產(chǎn)工作
Perform any other related duties when assigned by supervisor.
