Scope of Job:
As Food Safety Supervisor you will work closely with the Food Safety Compliance Manager and Management teams at the attraction to ensure effective implementation of our Food Safety policies, procedures, standards and culture. The role will seek to ensure excellent food products and services are delivered safely and hygienically to our guests, staff and contractors every day.

The role will also include the provision of advice, direction and performance monitoring relating to the broader topic of health and safety risks in the attractions catering environments. The effective management of food safety risks is, to an extent, determined through the effective control of health and safety risks more generally in these areas. With both, our employees are at the heart of the necessary processes and safety arrangements.

Food Safety Training
- Develop food safety training materials and implement a food safety training program to raise awareness of the importance of food safety among all employees.

- Ensure that the training content complies with Merlin's food safety management system and strictly follows LLSHR food safety standard operating procedures.
確保培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容符合默林食品安全管理系統(tǒng),并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行上海樂(lè)高樂(lè)園度假區(qū)食安標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序
2. 食品安全審核
Food Safety Audit
- Assist with the park's F&B audit plan, conduct safety audits for the operations team and various F&B outlets, identify unsafe operational behaviors, and propose corresponding safety improvement measures and plans
協(xié)助制定度假區(qū)內(nèi)餐飲食品安全審核計(jì)劃,對(duì)餐飲運(yùn)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行安全評(píng)估審核,針對(duì)不安全的操作行為提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施和計(jì)劃
- Support the admission inspection, food safety assessment, and regular audits of food suppliers
評(píng)估新引入的餐飲供應(yīng)商食品安全相關(guān)資質(zhì),協(xié)助準(zhǔn)入踏勘流程并持續(xù)進(jìn)行定期的食品安全審核。
3. 食品安全實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理
Lab Management
- Be responsible for developing food sampling plans, food testing plans, and equipment and consumables management for F&B outlets within attraction
負(fù)責(zé)制定餐飲運(yùn)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所內(nèi)食品留樣計(jì)劃、食品檢測(cè)計(jì)劃及設(shè)備器材和耗材管理工作
- Improve laboratory operational efficiency, including but not limited to staff inspection efficiency, equipment utilization efficiency, and efficiency in following up and rectifying detected issues
提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,包括但不限于檢測(cè)效率、設(shè)備使用效率、問(wèn)題跟進(jìn)效率流程等工作。
4. 食品安全事故調(diào)查
Food Safety Incident Investigation
- Support the Food & Beverage team in ensuring proper recording, investigation, and analysis of food-related incidents, complaints, and potential risks occurring in the park, and provide technical safety solutions to prevent recurrence
協(xié)助餐飲團(tuán)隊(duì)妥善記錄、調(diào)查并分析餐飲運(yùn)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所內(nèi)發(fā)生的食品相關(guān)事件、投訴和潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)安全解決方案,以預(yù)防類似情況再次發(fā)生。
- Create relevant safety topics and safety promotions based on safety incidents, and regularly share with the food and beverage team to enhance overall safety awareness
根據(jù)安全事故制作相應(yīng)的安全話題和安全宣傳,定期與餐飲團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行分享提升整體安全意識(shí)

Update on Food Safety Regulations
- Combine the latest updates on national and local food safety regulations and standards, summarize and update existing standards in real-time to avoid compliance risks

Third-party Service Provider Management
- Guide and support relevant F&B contractors and service providers in correctly implementing Shanghai LEGOLAND's safety and food safety procedures

You are responsible for implementing Merlin’s HSS Policy, management system and related standards.
Within the area of management responsibility, you must:
? Show clear leadership and commitment to HSS; this includes setting a good personal example.
? Develop plans that are consistent with the HSS strategy to carry out risk assessments and meet relevant standards, legal requirements and Merlin’s HSS targets and objectives.
? Take the necessary practical steps to implement the HSS management system, including:
? Providing suitable resources and training
? Defining specific roles and responsibilities
? Explaining HSS issues effectively
? Establishing operational controls
? Managing contractors effectively
? Organising emergency response arrangements
? Implement measures to monitor HSS performance and, where necessary, take corrective action. This includes audits, performance monitoring, and reporting / investigating incidents.
? Ensure that HSS decisions are consistent with Merlin’s HSS Policy.
? Consider HSS issues in business decisions and explain their importance.
? Support promotional campaigns and educational plans.
? Recognise and reward employees who show positive HSS behaviour and achieve HSS objectives.
? Discuss HSS issues regularly.
? Encourage employees to suggest measures to improve HSS performance, and follow these up.
? Ensure that employees who blatantly or repeatedly violate HSS standards, procedures and rules are disciplined appropriately.
? Challenge unsafe conditions or actions and work with those involved to agree the necessary safety improvements.
? Provide ready access to skilled HSS professionals and / or accurate HSS advice.

任職資格:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Safety related majors
食品安全相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上
2. At least 3 years of experience in food safety, preferably with international experience in Park resort catering;chain restaurants, hotel catering, food manufacturing industry, or third-party auditing organizations
至少3年以上食品安全工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)選具有大型主題樂(lè)園餐飲、國(guó)際化的連鎖社餐、酒店餐飲、食品制造業(yè)或三方審核機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者
3. Fundamental knowledge and skills in food safety
食品安全基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和技能
4. Familiar with food safety systems (HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, etc.)
熟悉食品安全體系(HACCP、ISO22000、BRC等)
5. Able to independently conduct food physicochemical/microbiological experiments
