Job Purpose 職位描述
Front Desk Supervisor provides warm and natural guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guests and all guest services in accordance with the hotel objectives, performances and quality standards.
前臺主管提供熱情和親切的對客服務(wù),處理日常的預(yù)訂業(yè)務(wù)。根據(jù)酒店的目的和工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為客人辦理入住登記和結(jié)賬手續(xù)以及其他所有的工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
* To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
* To have complete knowledge of Hotel & bAccor Program e.g. ALL, Accor plus 2.0 products.
* Builds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
* Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
* Coordinate with other department on all the rooms assigned.
* 全面掌握前廳部操作系統(tǒng)專業(yè)知識。
* 全面掌握酒店及雅高集團(tuán)會員活動知識。例如雅高心悅界,Accor plus 2.0雅高臻享卡。
* 與客人建立友好關(guān)系, 使其獲得驚喜,贏得客人忠實(shí)感。
* 高效率地辦理入住和退房手續(xù)。
* 與其他部門溝通協(xié)調(diào),以便更好地為客人準(zhǔn)備好房間。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
* College degree or above.
* At least 3 years related working experience.
* Pro-active working attitude,strong sense of resonsibility.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic written and spoken English skills.
* 大專及以上文憑。
* 至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
* 工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真積極,有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心。
* 有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力。
* 基本的英語書寫和口語能力。
