§ 協(xié)助餐飲部副總監(jiān)確保餐飲部運作符合其酒店策略,適當(dāng)執(zhí)行酒店規(guī)章。
Assist ADOFB to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

F&B Manager to oversee the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.

F&B Manager to conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
§ 確保員工同樣在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r候為其他部門的內(nèi)部客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

Spends time in public areas observing associate-guest interaction and talking with guests, working through Heads of Department to coach associates in guest service skills as necessary.

Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage associates. Ensures that Heads of Department follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting their associates.

【任職要求】
最好擁有酒店或旅游管理的本科或?qū)?茖W(xué)歷;
至少3年擔(dān)任國際聯(lián)號餐飲部經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗;
必須具有良好的經(jīng)營、行政管理和人際交往能力。
