§?Completethe recruitment tasks, including the selection and employment of variouspositions in the group, the GM、FC、HRDof the Swisstouches's hotels. Submit the recruitment report on time every week.
完成招聘任務(wù),包括集團(tuán)各崗位、集團(tuán)旗下酒店總經(jīng)理、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)、人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)人的甄選及聘用,每周按時(shí)提交集團(tuán)要求的招聘報(bào)表。
§?Develop,maintain and update recruitment channels, and carry out recruitment,introduction, interview, evaluation, recommendation, salary negotiation,recruitment communication, entry arrangement and trial period tracking, etc.
開(kāi)拓、維護(hù)和更新招聘渠道,并開(kāi)展招聘實(shí)施人才的挖掘、引進(jìn)、面試、測(cè)評(píng)、推薦、薪酬談判、錄用溝通、入職安排和試用期跟蹤等。
§?Maintainvarious manuals and electronic personnel files to ensure the accuracy of allrecords. Ensure that family member files are managed in a timely andconfidential manner.

§?Cooperatewith human resource director to complete the tasks assigned by the head office.

QualificationsGuidelines:
任職要求:
1. Friendly, optimistic, proactive, and integrate intothe corporate culture of Swisstouches's "home".

2. Bachelor Degree or above, majoring Human ResourcesManagement or related majors.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
3. 2-3 years experience in hotel recruitment, at least2 year in hiring manager or similar management position, or equivalenteducation background and relevant experience.
2-3年酒店招聘工作經(jīng)歷,至少做過(guò)2年招聘經(jīng)理或類(lèi)似管理類(lèi)工作,或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃尘昂拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Requires good communication skills, bothverbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
在口頭和書(shū)面上有良好的溝通技巧,并且擁有良好的中英文語(yǔ)言交流能力。
