    一、崗位名稱: 酒店事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理 二、年齡要求: 35-48 三、性別要求:男 四、工作經(jīng)驗:?十年以上五星級酒店一號位管理經(jīng)驗,有度假型和親子型酒店管理經(jīng)驗 五、薪資范圍: 20K-40K 六、學歷要求:大學本科學歷,閱歷及經(jīng)驗豐富的可適當放寬 七、專業(yè)要求:酒店管理、工商管理、旅游管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 八、從業(yè)經(jīng)歷要求:十年以上五星級酒店一號位管理經(jīng)驗,至少5年以上五星級康養(yǎng)型酒店一號位管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉親子度假酒店、民宿、鄉(xiāng)村振興酒店籌備及經(jīng)營管理 九、主要工作內(nèi)容: 1.?根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和經(jīng)營方針,全面負責酒店的經(jīng)營管理工作。 2.按照公司經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,制定酒店經(jīng)營計劃并組織實施,確保完成公司下達的各項經(jīng)營指標。 3.?負責酒店的籌備、轉(zhuǎn)型及日常運營管理,包括成本控制、營銷計劃、內(nèi)部管理、運營狀況、領(lǐng)導團隊等。 4.?負責酒店品牌維護和提升工作,保護和提升酒店品牌聲譽和知名度。 十、任職要求: 1.?十年以上五星級酒店一號位管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉親子度假酒店、民宿、鄉(xiāng)村振興酒店籌備及經(jīng)營管理。 2.?擅長全盤管理,能敏銳抓住市場動態(tài),制定正確的戰(zhàn)略決策,具備高效的領(lǐng)導能力和優(yōu)秀的團隊管理能力。 3.?熟悉療愈型(冥想、瑜伽、水療等)經(jīng)營模式,能夠操盤商務型酒店向度假型酒店轉(zhuǎn)型
