您的職責(zé)是在遵循凱悅酒店集團(tuán)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營(yíng)運(yùn),并滿足員工、客人及酒店業(yè)主的期望。 通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)匿N售和營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃確定酒店在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)中的定位,并確保酒店產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同營(yíng)銷企劃所創(chuàng)建的定位及品牌承諾相一致。
【任職要求】
? 與酒店清潔公司和衛(wèi)生署密切合作。
Work closely with the hotels nominated cleaning supplies and hygiene consultants.
? 監(jiān)督餐務(wù)部和廚房的所有員工,確保他們遵守衛(wèi)生條例。如有員工違反衛(wèi)生條例,應(yīng)向衛(wèi)生檢疫經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
Supervise stewards and kitchen staff and ensures they are following all hygiene standards and practises. Any staff found to be working in an unhygienic manner should be reported to Hygiene Manager.
? 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,主動(dòng)靈活待客,顧客至上,注重酒店的整體成功。
Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
? 定期檢查廚房和各餐廳的衛(wèi)生,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)向衛(wèi)生檢疫經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
Performs regular hygiene inspections in all areas of the Kitchen and food service areas and reports any wrong doings or areas of concern directly to the Hygiene Manager.
? 確保餐飲食品生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)的衛(wèi)生。
Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage production and service within the Hotel.
? 與當(dāng)?shù)氐男l(wèi)生和健康機(jī)構(gòu)緊密合作并協(xié)調(diào)與酒店和政府機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)事宜。
Works closely with the local Hygiene and Health authorities/ agencies and coordinates with all related matters that involve the Hotel and the authorities.
? 提供衛(wèi)生管理建議,確保環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
Provides advice to the Management to ensure the environmental hygiene.
? 協(xié)助并確保充分落實(shí)酒店的有害物控制條例。
Coordinates and ensures the implementation of Pest Control programme in the Hotel.
? 與人力資源部緊密合作,以確保所有的員工參加身體檢查并獲得當(dāng)?shù)卣蟮慕】底C。
Works closely with the Human Resources to ensure all associates attend the medical check and obtain the necessary Health Card as required by the local authority.
? 采取一切必要的行動(dòng)以確保酒店通過(guò)衛(wèi)生檢查并成功獲取酒店的衛(wèi)生執(zhí)照。
Takes all necessary actions to ensure the Hotel passes the Hygiene inspection and successfully obtains the necessary Hygiene License for the Hotel.
? 需要時(shí),協(xié)調(diào)并協(xié)助人力資源部做好獻(xiàn)血活動(dòng)。
Coordinates and assists the Human Resources in Blood Donation activities when necessary.
? 完全理解并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行酒店關(guān)于防火、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全的制度。
To have a complete understanding and strictly adheres to the Hotel Policies & Procedures related to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
? 協(xié)助進(jìn)修及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展部做好與健康、衛(wèi)生有關(guān)的培訓(xùn)。
Assists the Learning and Development department in all training activities related to Health and Hygiene.
? 建立并落實(shí)廚房衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen.
? 與食品原材料的驗(yàn)收部門密切合作,同時(shí)與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)保證原材料運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的衛(wèi)生(所有有關(guān)于供應(yīng)商的衛(wèi)生事宜應(yīng)匯報(bào)給行政總廚方便其與物料部經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào))。
Works closely with Materials and receiving in the Food receiving area the hotel and also interacts with suppliers about the way they deliver produce to the hotel (Any areas of concern about suppliers should be reported to the Executive Chef who should in turn act on this with the Materials Manager).

? 通過(guò)參與管理,根據(jù)酒店制度和程序以及相關(guān)適用法律,對(duì)所有廚務(wù)部員工進(jìn)行緊密督導(dǎo)。
Through hands-on management, closely supervises the Culinary associates in the performance of their duties and ensures this is in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws.
? 協(xié)助進(jìn)修及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展部經(jīng)理及部門培訓(xùn)員,確保高效的健康、衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn),使所有員工理解所有的衛(wèi)生條例。
Ensures effective training programmes for associates in coordination with the Learning and Development Manager and their Departmental Trainers so all associates understand all Hygiene regulations.

Other Duties
? 按要求參加廚務(wù)部會(huì)議并更新衛(wèi)生檢查結(jié)果。
Attends chefs meeting and updates team on random hygiene test results and best hygiene practices.
? 理解并嚴(yán)格遵守員工手冊(cè)中的規(guī)章制度,及酒店關(guān)于防火、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
? 確保高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? 按要求參加培訓(xùn)及會(huì)議。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
? 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行額外合理分配的任務(wù)和職責(zé)。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
