As a Rooms Manager,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店房務(wù)經(jīng)理,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1、Oversee daily operations of front office, housekeeping, fitness center & spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service processes across all rooms division departments.
? 統(tǒng)籌前廳、客房、健身中心&水療等房務(wù)板塊日常運(yùn)營(yíng),確保服務(wù)流程順暢高效。
2、Develop service standards and operational guidelines for the rooms division, monitor implementation, and drive continuous optimization.
? 制定房務(wù)部服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與操作規(guī)范,監(jiān)督執(zhí)行并持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
3、Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for the rooms division team to enhance their professionalism and service awareness.
? 管理房務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)排班、培訓(xùn)及績(jī)效,提升員工專業(yè)能力與服務(wù)意識(shí)。
4、Monitor room cleanliness and facility functionality, coordinate with the engineering department for timely maintenance and repairs.
? 監(jiān)控客房清潔質(zhì)量、設(shè)施完好度,協(xié)調(diào)工程部門及時(shí)處理維修需求。
5、Address guest complaints and special requests related to rooms division services, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
? 處理賓客對(duì)房務(wù)服務(wù)的投訴與特殊需求,保障賓客滿意度。
6、Control operational costs of the rooms division, including material consumption and staffing, to align with budget targets.
? 控制房務(wù)部運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,包括物料消耗、人力配置等,確保符合預(yù)算。
7、Collaborate with sales, F&B, and other departments to support hotel events and guest reception arrangements.
? 與銷售、餐飲等部門協(xié)作,配合酒店大型活動(dòng)及接待安排。
8、Regularly review rooms division operational data, propose improvement plans, and enhance overall department efficiency.
? 定期復(fù)盤房務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),提出改進(jìn)方案,提升部門整體效能。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above in hotel management or related fields.
? 酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷。
2、Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel front office division, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
? 至少5年酒店前廳部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中不少于2年管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、Familiar with front office, housekeeping, and recreation facility operations, as well as hotel systems.
? 熟悉前廳、客房及康樂設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)流程,熟練操作酒店系統(tǒng)。
4、Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and improve service quality.
? 具備出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力,能有效激勵(lì)員工并提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
5、Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex guest issues and emergencies.
? 擁有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力與問題解決能力,可妥善處理復(fù)雜賓客問題及突發(fā)事件。
6、Proficient in cost control and operational analysis.
? 精通成本控制與運(yùn)營(yíng)分析。
7、Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
? 英語聽說讀寫流利。
