    崗位職責(zé) ? 督促管理當(dāng)值期間前臺(tái)接待工作,確保提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)。 ? 與員工有效的溝通,提供明確指示,關(guān)注員工的表現(xiàn)并給予激勵(lì)。 ? 在遵循酒店規(guī)章制度,維持優(yōu)質(zhì)高效服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)法解決所有賓客及員工遇到的困難和問題。 ? 管理前臺(tái)/餐廳,用敏銳的判斷力和決斷力對(duì)當(dāng)值期間的突發(fā)狀況予以迅速解決。 ? 友好誠(chéng)摯的問候,耐心傾聽,溝通并解決所有賓客與員工的困難和問題。在團(tuán)隊(duì)中起到表率作用,能應(yīng)酒店需求調(diào)整工作時(shí)間。 ? 通過培訓(xùn)及一致的管理,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)員工。 ? 采取必要行動(dòng),及時(shí)有效的處理顧客的不滿,適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候告知服務(wù)經(jīng)理。回訪客人,確保客人對(duì)解決方法滿意。 ? 維護(hù)顧客檔案和信息,確保預(yù)訂的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性。 ? 按照客人的預(yù)定或喜好安排房間,并做詳細(xì)目錄管理。 ? 維護(hù)酒店電腦系統(tǒng)信息數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,便于系統(tǒng)操作,確保前臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以及工作區(qū)域的整潔清潔。 ? 了解酒店周邊地區(qū)的最新信息,名勝,風(fēng)景地等,為顧客提供方便。 ? 確保信息的有效傳遞,尚未完成的事情逐一移交至有關(guān)人員,讓賓客滿意。參加日常例會(huì)及其他會(huì)議。 ? 確保前臺(tái)/餐廳的日常管理,包括但不局限于工作的監(jiān)督,房間分配,報(bào)告,信用額度核對(duì),電腦數(shù)據(jù)備份及主帳的核對(duì)等。 ? 確保日常設(shè)設(shè)施備用品的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)和必需庫存,所有物品記錄有序。 ? 按照衛(wèi)生健康安全,危機(jī)管理部門,災(zāi)難處理方法,救火程序執(zhí)行。在賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理不在場(chǎng)的情況下,參與救助行動(dòng)。 ? 了解健康食品安全的要求,并可以給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh并做好管理; ? 掌握酒店產(chǎn)品知識(shí),并且為員工提供相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)。 ? 了解所有餐廳的菜肴,以便向客人推薦。 ? 熟悉所有餐廳及酒店其他部門的營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間。 ? 遵守服務(wù)程序,保證餐廳的各個(gè)區(qū)域都符合早餐、午餐及晚餐的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中包括收銀臺(tái)的準(zhǔn)備工作,及和廚師交流,餐廳預(yù)定的詳細(xì)情況。 ? 檢查餐廳當(dāng)天預(yù)定,保證員工能夠按照預(yù)定準(zhǔn)備及正確擺臺(tái),做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備,并能致電確認(rèn)預(yù)定。 ? 在必要的時(shí)候協(xié)助餐廳及廚房的同事,并完成經(jīng)理交代的任務(wù)。 ? 檢查員工的儀容儀表,確保我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員以最佳的精神面貌接待我們的客人。 ? 針對(duì)工作中的不足制定計(jì)劃,以避免影響對(duì)客服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 ? 協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備制定每位員工的排班表,及工作安排。(考慮內(nèi)部活動(dòng),客人入住率,特殊活動(dòng)及產(chǎn)品促銷等) ? 協(xié)助前臺(tái)與團(tuán)隊(duì)的進(jìn)行溝通聯(lián)絡(luò),關(guān)心客人。 ? 詢問客人的滿意度,如有意見及時(shí)反饋給相關(guān)人員。并且做好顧客意見記錄。 ? 與客房部及工程部門通力合作,保證部門設(shè)備的完好與清潔。 ? 與廚房的員工建立良好的溝通。 ? 完成任何其他合理的職責(zé)和被指派的職責(zé)。 ? 如有必要,該部門有權(quán)更改或補(bǔ)充該職位描述。 崗位要求 ? 能快速有效的運(yùn)用電腦操作系統(tǒng), 包括希爾頓自有的管理系統(tǒng)。 ? 以較強(qiáng)的人際交往能力提高客人滿意度。 ? 擅長(zhǎng)于處理賓客關(guān)系,能快速有效的應(yīng)對(duì)各種問題。 ? 能在強(qiáng)壓下勝任工作。 ? 親和力較強(qiáng),有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力。 ? 有耐心,高度責(zé)任感并且積極的應(yīng)對(duì)各種問題。 ? 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感及自我激勵(lì)能力。 ? 較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
