    【崗位職責(zé)】 1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店日常運營管理工作,制定并執(zhí)行酒店經(jīng)營計劃,確保完成各項經(jīng)營指標(biāo); 2、監(jiān)督酒店各部門(前臺、客房、餐飲等)的運營情況,優(yōu)化服務(wù)流程,提升客戶滿意度; 3、負(fù)責(zé)酒店成本控制及預(yù)算管理,合理調(diào)配資源,提高經(jīng)營效益; 4、建立并完善酒店管理制度,監(jiān)督執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量與安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn); 5、處理客戶投訴及突發(fā)事件,維護酒店品牌形象; 6、負(fù)責(zé)員工培訓(xùn)、績效考核及團隊建設(shè),提升員工專業(yè)素質(zhì)與工作積極性; 7、協(xié)調(diào)與政府、社區(qū)及合作伙伴的關(guān)系,維護良好的外部環(huán)境。 【崗位要求】 1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理、旅游管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、3年以上酒店行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗,有同崗位經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 3、熟悉酒店運營管理流程,具備較強的市場分析及經(jīng)營策劃能力; 4、具備優(yōu)秀的團隊管理能力,能有效激勵員工并提升團隊凝聚力; 5、年齡30-45歲,身體健康,責(zé)任心強,能承受較強的工作壓力; 6、具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及突發(fā)事件處理能力; 7、工作細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),執(zhí)行力強,能適應(yīng)酒店行業(yè)的工作節(jié)奏。

    工作概述: 指揮并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)酒店日常事務(wù),提高財務(wù)回報,促進員工發(fā)展,打造并維護獨特的賓客體驗,執(zhí)行品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提升酒店和品牌在當(dāng)?shù)氐闹取W鹬睾土私赓e客的需求和他們追求的目標(biāo),認(rèn)可贊賞他們,確保賓客得到尊重和重視,并體驗到他們的非凡地位。 崗位職責(zé): 1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店的運營及管理,貫徹執(zhí)行麗亭品牌的各項運營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 2、全面主持酒店的管理工作,根據(jù)酒店經(jīng)營目標(biāo)制訂年度預(yù)算和經(jīng)營實施計劃,制訂并實施各項營銷策略。 3、監(jiān)管酒店各項工作順利進行,做好酒店內(nèi)部的部門協(xié)調(diào)、酒店的運營、服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理等有關(guān)工作。 4、制訂酒店員工的發(fā)展計劃和團隊建設(shè),提高員工的滿意度。 5、做好員工的每月考評工作和工資發(fā)放,做到獎懲分明,公平公正。 6、認(rèn)真處理好客戶投訴和意見,并及時予以改正。 7、主持或組織酒店的各項會議,聽取各方意見和建議,掌握酒店經(jīng)營全局,協(xié)調(diào)各方關(guān)系,及時解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。? 8、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)酒店安全管理工作,落實酒店安保和消防制度,保障客人和員工的人身安全和酒店財產(chǎn)安全。 9、保持和維系相關(guān)政府部門的良好關(guān)系,遵紀(jì)守法,樹立酒店的良好形象。 10、認(rèn)真仔細(xì)地做好酒店的客戶、銷售、人資、培訓(xùn)、工程技術(shù)等文檔保存工作,保持酒店經(jīng)營的連續(xù)性。 11、與業(yè)主方就酒店的經(jīng)營管理保持良好溝通,處理并解決好投資人對于酒店經(jīng)營管理的訴求。12、組建團隊,帶領(lǐng)酒店全體員工共同努力完成酒店的各項經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)。 13、建立酒店人才制度,做好人才培養(yǎng),為麗亭和郁錦香品牌人才戰(zhàn)略提供支撐。 14、保持與品牌/區(qū)域的有效溝通和交流,定期匯報。 任職要求: 1、年齡30-45 歲,大專及以上學(xué)歷,或酒店管理或旅游相關(guān)教育水平;(山西運城當(dāng)?shù)厝擞邢龋?2、至少3年以上在中高端品牌及類似規(guī)模的酒店擔(dān)任總經(jīng)理的經(jīng)驗。所需的經(jīng)驗可能因操作的規(guī)模和復(fù)雜性而異。國際連鎖品牌工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 3、有5年以上高星品牌酒店總監(jiān)級以上的工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 4、曾擔(dān)任過除早餐廳以外的其他餐廳、宴會廳的酒店管理層人員優(yōu)先; 5、扎實的專業(yè)知識,熟知各部門的營運; 6、杰出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,無財務(wù)紅線問題; 7、擁有人力資源和人才的卓越管理; 8、對可持續(xù)發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護領(lǐng)域有很好的了解; 9、強大的銷售和營銷技能以及良好的收益管理知識; 10、擁有中文和英語聽說寫熟練者優(yōu)先; 11、擁有銷售背景者優(yōu)先;
