1.????Carefully record theimportant status that happens on duty, such as fire alarm, gas alarm,complaints of other depts. or guests and whether the work need to be followedup by the next shift.
認真記錄當班發(fā)生的重大情況,如火警、煤氣報警、部門和客人的重要投訴,及是否需下一班跟進等內(nèi)容。
2.????When ENG or other depts.call the duty engineer, he must reply ASAP. To other depts.’ complaints, theduty engineer should give quick and proper answer. If the problem couldn’t besolved immediately, he should tell them the approximate time needed.
本部門或其他部門呼叫工程師時,必須盡快回電話,對其他部門的投訴要做出較快適宜的答復(fù),不能立即解決的要告知大概所需時間。
3.????Never answer “I don’tknow”, “I’m not sure” or “It’s none of my business” etc. to the guests’ orother depts. The duty engineer must give a reasonable explanation.
不能對客人或其他部門回答:“不知道,不清楚,這不是我的事”等,必須給對方一個較為合理的解釋。
4.????Carefully calculateevery kind of energy when on duty and make records in HLP form. Recheckassociates’ data records and report the error in time.
當班時應(yīng)認真核算各項能源,并輸入電腦能源表格,對員工紀錄的數(shù)據(jù)要進行復(fù)查。發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)異常及時匯報。
5.????To some importantevents, such as fire alarm, power cut, water breakout, gas alarm or elevatorproblem, the duty engineer must solve the trouble himself.
對當班發(fā)生的重大事情,如火警、停電、跑水、煤氣報警、電梯故障,工程師應(yīng)親自到現(xiàn)場解決。
6.????Duty engineer shouldpatrol the guest public areas (lobby, restaurant etc.) at least once a shift andmake records.
工程師當班時應(yīng)對客用公共區(qū)域(大堂,餐廳等)進行巡視(每班至少一次)。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)在工程師巡視記錄本上記錄。
7.????During the patrol,if the problems were caused by the department, report to its manager, orsupervisor, foreman (if the manager isn’t in), and then report to ChiefEngineer.
在巡查過程中,如果問題是由部門引起的,則向其經(jīng)理或主管、領(lǐng)班(如果經(jīng)理不在),向總工程師報告
