    【崗位職責】 1、負責酒店日常財務核算工作,包括但不限于收入、成本、費用的賬務處理及核對; 2、編制月度、季度及年度財務報表,確保數(shù)據(jù)準確、及時; 3、完成稅務申報及稅務籌劃工作,確保合規(guī)性; 4、定期核對往來賬款,清理異常賬目,確保賬實相符; 5、協(xié)助完成年度審計及財務預算編制工作; 6、優(yōu)化財務流程,提出合理化建議,提升財務管理效率; 7、完成上級交辦的其他財務相關工作。 【崗位要求】 1、本科及以上學歷,財務、會計、審計等相關專業(yè); 2、1年以上總賬會計或相關崗位工作經(jīng)驗,有酒店行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 3、熟悉企業(yè)會計準則及財稅法規(guī),具備扎實的財務專業(yè)知識; 4、熟練使用財務軟件(如用友、金蝶等)及辦公軟件(Excel、Word等); 5、具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力及邏輯思維能力,工作細致嚴謹; 6、良好的溝通能力及團隊協(xié)作精神,能承受一定的工作壓力。
