崗位職責(zé):
1.熟知當(dāng)天訂餐情況,檢查VIP賓客的備餐準(zhǔn)備工作,做好各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)準(zhǔn)備;
2.善于與人交際,有親和力,待人熱情、友善,有禮貌,性格外向、機(jī)警靈活、工作勤奮;
3.迎接賓客,引導(dǎo)賓客到預(yù)訂臺(tái)位或賓客滿意的臺(tái)位;
4.熟練掌握酒店內(nèi)外信息,向賓客提供禮貌周全的服務(wù);
5.服務(wù)中隨時(shí)傾聽(tīng)賓客的意見(jiàn),及時(shí)向上級(jí)反映;
6.隨時(shí)注意在接待和服務(wù)工作中的各種問(wèn)題,及時(shí)向上級(jí)反映和協(xié)助處理;
7.掌握和運(yùn)用禮貌語(yǔ)言;向客人介紹餐廳各式菜點(diǎn)、各種飲品和特式菜點(diǎn);
8.參與中餐廳VIP接待的餐廳服務(wù)和管理工作
崗位要求:
1.大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,一年以上餐飲服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí),團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神以及良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和應(yīng)變能力。

7. Master and use polite language; Introduce the various dishes, drinks and specialities of the restaurant to guests;
8. Participated in the restaurant service and management of Chinese restaurant VIP reception
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than one year working experience in catering service.
2. Have a good sense of service, team spirit and good communication, coordination and adaptability.
