Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Marriott brand standards.
2、確保按照酒店設(shè)定的標準和程序儲存、發(fā)放及保養(yǎng)酒店的布草/制服
Ensures the storage, issuing and maintenance of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.
3、 確保對所有布草和制服進行收取、分揀、點數(shù)及記錄。
Ensures all linen and uniforms are being collected, segregated, counted, recorded accordingly.
4、對臟毛巾/桌布和制服進行修補或洗滌,并將這些物品放入相應(yīng)的容器。
Ensures soiled towels/ cloths and uniforms are being repaired or laundered, and kept in 5、為這些物品打上相應(yīng)的辨認號。
Stamps items with identifying marks.
Mends torn articles and makes new articles in emergency situations.
6、 報告丟失、損害的布草、制服或任何酒店財物。
Reports missing and damaged linen or any other hotel property.
7、根據(jù)酒店的“失物招領(lǐng)”政策報告及上交遺失物品。
Conducts inventories to identify items for replacement.
8、確保布草房狀態(tài)的潔凈有序。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
9、清潔并保養(yǎng)好用品、設(shè)備和倉庫。
管理和控制好客房地布草和制服,每月進行盤點,并將盤點差異報告給洗衣房經(jīng)理。
Manage and maintain hotel linen and uniform, control the missing and damage, conduct monthly inventory and report any discrepancy to laundry Manager.
