崗位職責(zé)： 1.負(fù)責(zé)賓客游泳的絕對(duì)安全，勤巡視泳池內(nèi)客人的動(dòng)態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)溺水者要迅速處理，做好搶救工作并及時(shí)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告。 2.認(rèn)真做好每天的清場(chǎng)工作。 3.負(fù)責(zé)游泳池的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。 4.上班集中精神，不得與無關(guān)人員閑談。救生臺(tái)不得空崗，無關(guān)人員不得進(jìn)入池面。 5.勤在泳池邊觀察。注意游泳者的動(dòng)向，防止發(fā)生意外，保護(hù)賓客的安全。可以對(duì)基礎(chǔ)游泳動(dòng)作做技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。 崗位要求： 1.大專及以上學(xué)歷。 2.熟悉游泳池服務(wù)知識(shí)、掌握游泳和救生急救技術(shù)，擁有救生員證書。 3.能按服務(wù)工作規(guī)范的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獨(dú)立進(jìn)行工作。 4.有在水中進(jìn)行急救和陸地上進(jìn)行人工救護(hù)的能力。 5.兼職可談
