As the strategic business leader of the Housekeeping Department. Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the quality of the Group's hotel front office, rooms and other related business departments. 專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專(含)以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
College degree or above, major in hotel management, business management, etc.
2.10年以上前廳部、客房部或市場(chǎng)銷售管理運(yùn)營或相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
10 years or more working experience in front office, housekeeping or sales management or related field.
3.具有良好的溝通技巧和對(duì)客溝通能力,和超前的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、營銷思路和豐富的房務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Have good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers, as well as advanced innovation consciousness, marketing ideas and rich experience in room management.
4.適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),靈活并能有效地接受和應(yīng)對(duì)變化。
Adaptable, flexible and able to accept and cope with changes effectively.
5.優(yōu)秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
