    崗位職責(zé): 期間對(duì)客戶服務(wù)、質(zhì)量控制、培訓(xùn)考核、日常經(jīng)營(yíng)、內(nèi)部管理等方面實(shí)施服務(wù)和管理工作。包含店內(nèi)管家和客房的全部工作內(nèi)容。有做過中高端連鎖酒店崗位優(yōu)先考慮。 1.全面負(fù)責(zé)店內(nèi)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作,根據(jù)公司要求開展門店的銷售、創(chuàng)收、費(fèi)用控制和基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維工作; 2.根據(jù)門店經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo),完成門店的銷售業(yè)績(jī); 3.采取有效措施完成門店增值服務(wù)目標(biāo); 4.按照門店費(fèi)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),控制門店運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用; 5.根據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)的工作規(guī)定和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展門店的日常管理和基礎(chǔ)服務(wù); 6.及時(shí)掌握門店的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài),聯(lián)系安排房間維修和保養(yǎng)維護(hù); 7.負(fù)責(zé)門店內(nèi)下屬人員工作管理; 8.建立、維護(hù)良好的公共關(guān)系(客戶關(guān)系、鄰里關(guān)系、社會(huì)關(guān)系),及時(shí)處理突發(fā)事件; 9.每日及時(shí)完成門店運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)的核實(shí)工作; 10.定期進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況分析,搜集整理周邊市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格銷售策略建議(包含二銷產(chǎn)品); 11.處理客戶投訴,不斷改善門店的管理工作; 12.積極完成上級(jí)指派的其他工作。 崗位要求: 1.本科學(xué)歷; 2.具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維、市場(chǎng)敏感度、數(shù)據(jù)管理能力及對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理有一定的興趣; 3.具有較強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷獲客經(jīng)驗(yàn); 4.熱愛挑戰(zhàn):喜歡快節(jié)奏的工作并能接受公司外派調(diào)配
