? Supervisor Front desk operation
? Ensure all embarkation preparations arecompleted in a timely manner
? Supervision and training of all Guest Service Agent as required relating to company standard.
? Liaise with Ground Operator to ensuresmooth operation between the Airport and Cruise Terminal for guests arriving tothe ship
? Supervision of Embarkation and check-inwithin the terminal and all communication relating to guests arriving from theairport as per Company Standard Operating Procedures
? Complete Time and Attendance workschedule for all Guest Service Agent f, ensuring they meet MLC regulations
? Guest Service Manager set hours at the deskto accommodate guest requests or queries
? Review new guest manifest each cruise andcomplete necessary cabin changes, upgrades, etc. and liaising with shoresidefor any cabin or guest queries
? Supervise Guest Service Agent with thehandling of all lost / delayed luggage
? Ensure all Embarkation Reports are sentout three days prior to the new cruise
? Responsible for timely printing anddelivery of all printed materials
? Be confident when dealing with Guestcomplaints
? Take charge of Guest medicaldisembarkations with the support of Port Agents
? Be familiar with the ship’s safety andsecurity procedures relating to the Hotel Department in respect of anyeventuality
? Maintain an accurate and up-to-datemanual for completion of responsibilities as laid down in the job description
? Maintain control of the Feedback Log,ensuring each Department Head follows up on pending cases and closing them in atimely manner
? To constantly operate in the interests ofthe owner
? Perform any other tasks or duties asrequired or delegated by supervisors
