Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé):
? Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
? Providing overall support and administrative coverage to the general day to day operation?
? To assist in coordinating communication and documentation between accounting and other departments.
? To liaise with department heads and other staff as required and directed by the DOF
? To liaise with the ownership team as necessary in terms of related documents delivering
? To track OA approval process and send out weekly update on approval status to DOF
? To maintain a safe and clean work environment and adopting “best practices” for energy conservation
? To maintain Critical Date List, all contracts, and store access authorization list on regular basis
? Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures.
? Must have a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
? Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
? Other duties as assigned.
? Assist on creating and updating current requisitions for all outlets and departments.
Ensuring all corporate and local hotel purchasing policies and procedures being properly followed.
? Assist on placing contracted orders (ie: phone, fax, internet).
? Assist on knowledge of contract obligations and preferred vendor status.
? Assist on monitor all pending Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to ensure any delays are kept to a minimum.
? Follow up and handle the daily miscellaneous purchase application.
? Performing other duties when needed.

? 保持干凈和安全的工作環(huán)境,并確保盡可能的節(jié)約能源
? 準(zhǔn)備和及時(shí)更新關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)表,管理所有合同文件的存檔
? 每?jī)芍芙y(tǒng)計(jì)即將到期的合同并給相應(yīng)部門發(fā)送提醒,確保及時(shí)申請(qǐng)
? 必須確保在完全按照酒店和集團(tuán)的規(guī)章制度下工作
? 對(duì)于所有重要的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行保密,安全并有秩序的安排工作
? 必須隨時(shí)保持專業(yè)的工作態(tài)度
? 及時(shí)完成財(cái)務(wù)與業(yè)務(wù)支持總監(jiān)指派的其他任務(wù)
? 協(xié)助制定并更新酒店所有餐廳和部門的現(xiàn)有申購(gòu)單。
? 協(xié)助確保遵照公司和地方酒店的所有采購(gòu)政策和流程。
? 協(xié)助制定合同定單(例如,電話,傳真和互聯(lián)網(wǎng))。
? 協(xié)助了解合同義務(wù)和供應(yīng)商狀態(tài)的優(yōu)先考慮。
? 協(xié)助監(jiān)控所有未決定的采購(gòu)請(qǐng)求和采購(gòu)定單,以確保將任何延遲期限降至最短。
? 跟進(jìn)處理日常雜項(xiàng)采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)單。
? 執(zhí)行其它必要的工作。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
? Professional designation or acceptable university degree?
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
? Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
? 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)管理或會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)
? 能夠熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件
? 卓越的行政,組織,口頭和書面的溝通能力
