2.負(fù)責(zé)飯店員工的加班補(bǔ)休、休假記錄。
To responsible for taking records of overtime, off in lieu and leave.根據(jù)各部門填寫的美工工作申請(qǐng)表,按時(shí)、高質(zhì)的完成工作內(nèi)容。
3.協(xié)助管理和維護(hù)打卡系統(tǒng)。
To assist managing and maintaining the card punching system.
4.協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備員工入職所需物品,如員工證、名牌、歡迎夾等。
To assist with the implementation and upkeep of employee communication.
5.協(xié)助完成員工離職/入職/合同鑒定等工作。
To co-ordinate with resignation/employment check-in process /contract preparation etc.
6.完成人力資源總監(jiān)和人事經(jīng)理布置的其他工作。
Perform other tasks as directed by Director of HR and Personnel manager.
7.協(xié)助安排人員面試工作。
To assist arranging the candidates interview work.
8.協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)部做好人力資源部固定資產(chǎn)記錄。
To co-ordinate with Finance department about the Fix Assets of Human Resources department.
9.協(xié)助檢查及核對(duì)各部門考勤情況。
To assist HR Officer to check monthly attendance record.
