崗位職責(zé)
1、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。
2、高效認(rèn)知和掌握銷售線索。
3、發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力,為酒店的產(chǎn)品及部門做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
4、仔細(xì)計(jì)劃與客戶的會(huì)面,對(duì)預(yù)定的客戶實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理,完成銷售目標(biāo)。
5、在所負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)區(qū)域內(nèi),監(jiān)視和報(bào)告市場(chǎng)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的情況。
6、準(zhǔn)備銷售報(bào)告,確保市場(chǎng)及客戶信息的準(zhǔn)確性,以便于工作的跟進(jìn)。
7、積極地傳播產(chǎn)品信息,在負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)內(nèi)營(yíng)造酒店的知名度。
8、在所負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域內(nèi),與市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)一起計(jì)劃銷售攻勢(shì),并確保其實(shí)現(xiàn)。
9、管理客戶檔案數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
10、執(zhí)行上級(jí)要求的任務(wù),完成市場(chǎng)銷售目標(biāo)。
Job responsibilities
1. Maintain close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
2. Efficiently recognize and master sales leads.
3. Give full play to creativity and make due contributions to the products and departments of the hotel.
4. Carefully plan the meeting with customers, implement customer relationship management for the scheduled customers, and complete the sales target.
5. Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the market area of responsibility.6. Prepare sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate the follow-up of work.
7. Actively disseminate product information and create the popularity of the hotel in the responsible market.
8. In the area under responsibility, plan the sales offensive with the marketing director and ensure its realization.
9. Manage the customer file database.
10. Perform the tasks required by superiors and complete the marketing goals.

2、掌握使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它主要電腦系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)。
3、掌握應(yīng)用銷售及前臺(tái)的電腦系統(tǒng)。
4、了解商務(wù)旅游、旅游業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng),會(huì)議旅游及餐飲銷售。
5、能夠掌握和理解市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)
6、良好的人際交往和溝通技巧。
7、獨(dú)立工作和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作的能力。
Job requirements
