3.Check
and report defects, blemishes and fading of Residents’ laundry before
sending out to be cleaned.
在收到客人所洗的衣物時(shí),認(rèn)真檢查,如有破損、污漬、褪色的情況,及時(shí)告知客人。4.?Check,
report and touch up Residents’ laundry upon return, to bill and return the
items laundered to the Resident accurately and before asked.
在收到洗回的客人衣物時(shí),認(rèn)真檢查,及時(shí)送還。
5.Liase
with contractors for special treatment of laundry, handling of damaged
Laundry and linen, shortage of returned linen and Laundry.
及時(shí)與洗衣廠(chǎng)溝通特殊洗衣要求。協(xié)助處理?yè)p壞的、丟失的布草和衣物。
6.Ensure
repairable laundry and linen are mended, to covert defective or damage
linen into usable items and to covert ‘old’ items to enhance surrounding.
修補(bǔ)損壞的布草。
7.Monitor
linen/uniform supplies and to initiate linen/uniform reordering, checking
all linen types, uniforms and housekeeping supplies and equipment, to
assist during inventory count.
控制布草/員工制服數(shù)量,編制布草、工衣清單,協(xié)助資產(chǎn)盤(pán)點(diǎn)。
8.Calculate
and generate laundry revenue and management laundry expenses.
計(jì)算布草洗滌收入,控制洗滌成本。
9.Regular
inspection and statistics of fixed assets, guest items, tools and
equipment used by the department as required
依照要求定期對(duì)部門(mén)使用的固定資產(chǎn)、客用物品、工具設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查和統(tǒng)計(jì)。
10.Responsible
for the warehouse management of housekeeping department, controlled the
process of entering and exiting the warehouse, made the goods
first-in-first-out, reviewed the material requisition submitted by the
application department, issued the materials according to the approved
warehouse requisition and entered them in time
負(fù)責(zé)客房部倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理工作,把控出入庫(kù)流程,做到物品先進(jìn)先出,審核申請(qǐng)部門(mén)提交的領(lǐng)料申請(qǐng),依據(jù)審批后的出庫(kù)單進(jìn)行物料發(fā)放并及時(shí)錄入。
11.Responsible for all

負(fù)責(zé)客房部倉(cāng)庫(kù)的環(huán)境,保持倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)干凈整潔,庫(kù)存物品擺放整齊及負(fù)責(zé)做好倉(cāng)庫(kù)防火、防潮、防鼠、防盜工作,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)解決并上報(bào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
