崗位職責:Administration行政Ensures efficient office administration procedures.確保高效的部門運作流程。Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.確保所有的培訓記錄得以在人力資源系統(tǒng)中維護、存檔并更新。Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.確保所有的培訓文件能夠按照嚴格的準確性和保密性進行發(fā)送。Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.維護并更新各種手冊和指南,需要時在電腦中進行分類存檔。Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Training Manager.對于培訓部經理所指派的任務要經常與當地的勞資機構緊密協(xié)調合作。Assists in ensuring all employee facilities are maintained within standards, ie. Training Rooms and Library.協(xié)助確保所有的員工設施得以按照相應的標準加以維護,例如培訓教室和圖書館。Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operations Manuals, Employee Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.協(xié)助完成對于各部門運行手冊、工序表、工序分解進行編輯和校正。Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the employees.協(xié)助準備年度培訓計劃,確保培訓目標得以傳達酒店的目標并能滿足員工的培訓需要。Assists the Training Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses. 協(xié)助培訓部經理填寫并確認所有培訓課程的相關出席情況。Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures.編輯酒店相關的政策及程序。Employee Communications員工溝通Assists with the coordination of the employee recognition programmes.協(xié)助協(xié)調員工認知計劃的實施。Assists in the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following employee communications – Employee Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, TFYF Update, Employee Notice Boards, and Television Communication. 協(xié)助編寫實施及更新下列相關員工溝通文案—員工手冊、月度員工活動安排、培訓為了你的未來跟進、員工關注板塊、電視交流。Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and employee award presentations.協(xié)助協(xié)調好部門內部社會活動及對于員工獎賞的贈與。
任職資格:
-1年相關工作經驗
- 英語書寫、閱讀、口語流利
- 有國際品牌五星級酒店相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先考慮
