職責概要/目的: 協(xié)助行政助理經(jīng)理/餐飲部總監(jiān)進行全面的行政管理工作,以及運營管理,使利潤最大化。確保保持質量標準、員工工作表現(xiàn)和令客人喜出望外。
Job Summary/Purpose: To assist the E.A.M / F&B Director in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Operation, to maximize profits. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
1.
To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed?全面了解指定餐廳的食品/酒水/服務的情況。
2. Ensure that SFSMS, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Policies, Fire & Life Safety Standards
are explained to staff, and are correctly applied?確保向員工說明香格里拉食品安全管理系統(tǒng)、衛(wèi)生和食品安全管理政策、消防和生命安全標準,并保證實施正確。
3. Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied. 確保向員工說明集團總部和飯店的各項標準及規(guī)定,并保證這些標準和規(guī)定的正確實施。
4.Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).監(jiān)督并確保指定部門(根據(jù)各餐廳/宴會部/酒水的不同情況)的順利運營。
5. Take full responsibility for daily restaurant operations, ensuring standardized and efficient service processes to enhance customer experience and brand image.全面負責餐廳日常運營,確保服務流程標準化、高效化,提升客戶體驗與品牌形象。
6.Develop and implement operational plans, monitor service quality, food delivery speed, and cost control to achieve business objectives.制定并執(zhí)行運營計劃,監(jiān)督服務質量、菜品出品速度及餐廳成本控制,達成經(jīng)營目標
7. Regularly analyze operational data (e.g., table turnover rate, average guest check, cost ratio) to optimize operational strategies.定期分析運營數(shù)據(jù)(如翻臺率、客單價、成本率等),優(yōu)化運營策略。
8. Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed. 始終如一地保持指定餐廳的食品/酒水/服務/清潔度。
9. Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction. 在運營中不斷地收集客人的反饋意見,以確保令客人喜出望外。
