Befamiliar with the Hotel’s products and services and policies.
3.禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內(nèi)部的投訴和詢問(wèn),確保問(wèn)題得到圓滿解決。
Handlesall guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily.
4.?問(wèn)候、接待客人并協(xié)助做好入住登記。
Meetsand greets all guests and assists with registrations.
【崗位要求】
1. 1 year in the same position in international hotel experience.
一年國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)酒店同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English to host international guests.
能用流利的英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流和寫作,以接待國(guó)際客人。
3. Has strong interpersonal, communication skills, have passionate and energetic personality.
具有較強(qiáng)的人際交往能力和溝通能力,有熱情、活力的個(gè)性。
4. Good at Microsoft Office and Opera System.
熟練使用微軟辦公軟件和Opera系統(tǒng)。
