崗位描述:在主管/值班工程師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和協(xié)助下,值班員工保證酒店電力正常供給,負(fù)責(zé)保證AV設(shè)施及所有強(qiáng)弱電設(shè)施設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)工作和正常運(yùn)行, 能進(jìn)行AV設(shè)備的簡(jiǎn)單操作
Underleading/Assisting of the Supervisor/DE, to make sure hotel electricity supplyalways in good condition, and responding the R&M for all of ELE & ELVfacilities & equipment including the AV equipment on a good normaloperation. Familiar for the AV equipment normal operation.
主要工作職責(zé):
Core Responsibilities:
1.??按時(shí)上下班,按規(guī)定做好交接班工作,接班后對(duì)本班一切負(fù)責(zé)
Take shift on time and take fullresponsibility of the position after handover.
2.??定時(shí)按規(guī)定巡視抄表,記錄,做好工作日志
Do regular tour to record meter data and keep a work diary.
3.??熟悉酒店配電系統(tǒng),能迅速找到關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)
Be familiar with hotel electricity system and can find nodal pointquickly.
4.??嚴(yán)格按照操作規(guī)程工作,杜絕一切人身、設(shè)備事故
Supervise group staff to instruct them implement all the workaccording to SOP to make sure safety operation to protect both staff andequipment.
5.??熟悉停送電程序,能迅速安全的完成停送電操作
Be familiar with electricity power cutting and transmissionprocedures.
6.??根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)各風(fēng)柜溫度,流量等,達(dá)到營業(yè)區(qū)要求;
Adjust A/Ctemperature according to operation standard.
7.??根據(jù)預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃,在各主管指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行維護(hù)工作;
According tothe preventive maintenance plan, the maintenance work should be carried outunder the guidance of each supervisor.
8.??定期清洗各過濾網(wǎng),并填寫有關(guān)表格,以示負(fù)責(zé)盤管、接水盤;
Clean thefilters regularly and fill in the relevant forms to show the responsibility forcoil and catchment pan.
9.??定時(shí)對(duì)酒店冷庫、制冰機(jī)、冷藏柜,通風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行巡檢,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決,并要有詳細(xì)的記錄;
Do regular review for cold storage, ice maker,freezer and ventilator. Any problem been found must be solved ASAP and do therecord.
能力要求:
Specifications:
高中以上(中專以上)文化程度,身心健康。有電工低壓操作證,有高壓操作證的更佳。一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有良好的工作能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,溝通能力,能對(duì)事件做出正確清晰的口頭和書面描述。
High school graduation or above;physical and psychological health; having the LV license, it’s very good tohave a HV license. more than one yearrelated working experience; good communication skill; high sense ofresponsibility and team work; good communication skill; good and clear orallanguage skill.
