1.?Oversee the implementation of laundry standards and procedures

2.?Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis

3.?Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all laundry systems

4. ???Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over

5. ???Distribution and collection of keys
分發(fā)和收集鑰匙。
6. ???Management of all incoming and outgoing calls to Laundry Department
管理洗衣部門所有的呼入和呼出電話。
7. ???Solve employee grievances
解決員工受到的不公正待遇問題。
8. ???Direct task allocations and change according to volume and peak periods
依據(jù)工作量和高峰期等因素對工作進行分配及變更。
9.?????Perform quality inspections
進行質量檢查。
10. ??Prioritize VIP or difficult guests
優(yōu)先服務貴賓或難應付的客人。
11. ??Liaise with Housekeeping for guest and resort requirements
配合客房部滿足度假村和客人的要求。
12. ??Ensure laundry valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
確保及時為客人提供洗衣服務并送還。
13.??Co-ordinate special projects (eg equipment routine service; stock inventories)
協(xié)調特別項目(如設備常規(guī)檢修;存儲用品)。
14. ?Manage all special requests made by guests
處理客人所有的特殊要求。
15. ?Ensure consistency within the department
確保部門內工作的一致性。
16. ?Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities and the location ?of these
確保具有客房類型,設計,設施和位置的全面知識。
17. ?Supervise laundry storage areas
監(jiān)管洗衣房存儲區(qū)。
18. ?Maintain adequate stock levels
保持足夠的庫存水平。
19. ?Complete stock takes as required

20. ?Maintain stock levels

21.?Conducts shift briefings to ensure resort activities and operational requirements are known

22. ??Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
與上級領導和人力資源部一起進行人力規(guī)劃和管理需求。
23. ??Works with Superior Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

24. ?Finish extra tasks arranged by superior randomly.

Qualification: 任職要求
1. High School or Diploma in Resort Administration, Resort Management or equivalent
高中或度假村行政管理,度假村管理或相當?shù)拇髮W歷.
2. ?2 years laundry experience preferably in a resort of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.??
最好擁有在相似規(guī)模度假村2年洗衣房工作經(jīng)驗,包括的管理經(jīng)驗或培訓經(jīng)驗。
