    【職責(zé)內(nèi)容】 職責(zé)說(shuō)明: 1、制定公司的銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略,全面負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)拓展; 2、負(fù)責(zé)各銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的組建與管理,完成公司的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo); 3、針對(duì)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分解和實(shí)施,制訂可執(zhí)行的產(chǎn)品策略,根據(jù)不同目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),建議適合的分銷(xiāo)體系,指導(dǎo)相應(yīng)部門(mén)實(shí)施市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃; 4、負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)信息的收集、分析、報(bào)告、處理以及匯總工作,為公司提供業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的依據(jù); 職位要求: 1、具有5年以上美容行業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)線(xiàn)的市場(chǎng)拓展、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃以及品牌推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉終端專(zhuān)業(yè)市場(chǎng)和日化市場(chǎng),有良好的大型美容網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系; 2、有良好的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成公司經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo); 3、具有良好的職業(yè)道德,工作態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),有責(zé)任感,與客戶(hù)溝通能力強(qiáng) 【產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目介紹】 《益生菌多維復(fù)合肽》《能量美妍復(fù)合多肽》 【合伙收益】 利潤(rùn)二八分,80%歸合伙人,20%歸公司
