主要職責(zé)?Primary Responsibilities :
1、每年與銷售兼渠道總監(jiān)一起制定年度營(yíng)銷方案。
Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with Director of Sales & Distribution.
2、與銷售兼渠道總監(jiān)共同制定酒店的當(dāng)前房?jī)r(jià)。
Sets, in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Distribution, the current rates of the hotel.
3、緊密關(guān)注與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有關(guān)的信息(位置、價(jià)格、定期開展的、按季開展的和更頻繁開展的服務(wù))。
Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
4、熟悉產(chǎn)品(住宿、餐飲和其他設(shè)施)。
Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)?Knowledge and Experience :
1、星級(jí)酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Working experience in star hotel.
2、熟練的英語口語表達(dá)能力,善于溝通和表達(dá)。
Good command of oral English, good at communication and presentation.
3、具有一定的抗壓能力。
Have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
4、熱愛酒店工作,積極進(jìn)取,善于溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
