?充分了解酒店和健身中心的服務(wù)和特色,包括內(nèi)部促銷活動(dòng)、當(dāng)前和未來(lái)可供客人使用的設(shè)施,并積極向客人推廣。
?了解所有水療設(shè)施和產(chǎn)品的名稱、功能和使用方法。
The Health Club Receptionist/Trainee performs reception duties and ensure all fitness facilities including the water level and temperature of the swimming pool are maintained in the best working and hygienic condition. He / she provides guidance to guests on the safe usage of the fitness equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

As the Health Club Receptionist/Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

? Communicate well with guests and colleagues.
? Be a positive influence, responsible and proactive in solving problems.

? Flexible and responsive to changes in work requirements.
? Greet guests with a warm, friendly and sincere smile.
? Apologize on behalf of the Health Centre to any angry or upset guest / Health Club member, informing the supervisor or manager immediately.
? Fully understand the hotel’s and Health Centre's services and features, including internal promotions, current and future facilities available to guests, and actively promote them to guests.
? Understand the name, function and usage of all spa facilities and products.

What are we looking for?
A Health Club Receptionist/Trainee serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
? Minimum 1 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
? Able to stand, walk and / or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
? Able to operate gym equipment and swim.
? Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
