Maintain good knowledge of thecity routes locations and hotel facilities.
熟知城市路線、地點(diǎn)和酒店設(shè)施。
Maintain knowledge of flighttimings and assist guest in handling and loading baggage whenever required.
知曉航班時(shí)間,并按客人要求協(xié)助其處理和裝載行李。
Maintain a high standard ofpersonal hygiene and be well groomed and well-dressed at all times.
保持個(gè)人衛(wèi)生,隨時(shí)保持個(gè)人形象和穿著整潔。
Do utmost to learn names ofguests, especially repeat and long staying guests remaining alert to situationsto offer assistance.
盡力熟知客人的名字,特別是熟客和長(zhǎng)包房的客人,注意觀察情況以向客人提供協(xié)助。
Maintain detailed knowledge offacilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote thehotel to guests.
熟知酒店設(shè)施和服務(wù)情況,并以此向客人推銷(xiāo)酒店。
Keep abreast of activities inyour city which may affect driving times or routes and relay this to management.
了解所在城市的活動(dòng),如發(fā)現(xiàn)可能影響駕駛時(shí)間或路線的情況應(yīng)向管理層匯報(bào)。
Responsible for the upkeep andcleanliness of the car used for guest transfer and assist with maintainingvehicles to hotel presentation standards.
負(fù)責(zé)載客車(chē)輛的保養(yǎng)和清潔,并按照酒店形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)車(chē)輛進(jìn)行維護(hù)。
Performs other duties as may beassigned by the FrontOffice Manager.
執(zhí)行前廳部經(jīng)理可能分派的其它任務(wù)。
?Assist with heavy packages,coats, suitcase, etc.? Being alert togive assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.
主動(dòng)協(xié)助客人提重包裹、拿衣服、提手提箱等,向客人提供禮貌和迅速的協(xié)助。
Maintain a willingness toplease attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest.
保持令人愉悅的態(tài)度并專(zhuān)心接待每位到來(lái)的客人。
?Adhere to guest checking in andchecking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
在與行李相關(guān)的問(wèn)題上,遵守客人入住和退房工作程序。
Welcome guests at the mainentrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day takingparticular note of repeat guests and IHG Rewards Club members.
在正門(mén)處歡迎客人,按具體時(shí)間段向客人發(fā)出合適的問(wèn)候,特別要注意??秃蛻n悅會(huì)會(huì)員。
【崗位要求】
1、高中及以上學(xué)歷。需持有A1駕照。
2、熟悉交通法規(guī),懂得駕駛操作細(xì)則。
3、能夠按照出車(chē)通知單安全行車(chē)。
4、熟悉當(dāng)?shù)丶爸苓叧鞘械慕煌肪€。
5、除司機(jī)日常工作外,需按照部門(mén)要求,兼顧禮賓部分工作。
