崗位職責:
1.?遵循酒店政策和規(guī)章制度,協(xié)助預訂部經理確保預訂部的順暢運營,接受線上、線下客戶對酒店的預訂需求,并予以解決。
2.?熟悉處理房間預訂的程序,給賓客提供給最新和最準確的房況信息。
3.?落實“預訂未到賓客”的名單和每日訂單的取消情況并及時分享匯報。
崗位要求:
1.?至少一年相關部門工作經驗,有國際品牌酒店工作經驗的優(yōu)先考慮。
2.?有一定的溝通能力,口齒清晰,普通話標準,有較強的語言表達能力和人際溝通能力。
3.?熟練掌握基本辦公軟件操作,中英文打字熟練。
4.?具備熱情的工作態(tài)度、一定的抗壓能力,能夠適應不同班制。
Key Responsibilities:
1.?Ensure reservations received through various channels are accurately input into the PMS according to Accor standards and guidelines while maintaining outstanding customer service and ability to promote the hotel product actively in professional manner.
2. Be familiar with the standard reservation procedures, and PMS system, in order to provide the latest and accurate hotel infomation to the guest.
3. To record the "No show" orders, and report it to the manager at daily work.
Required Skills:
1.?Minimum 1 year experience in Reservations or related departments or an equivalent combination of education and International brand hotel working experience are preferred.
2. Have a good communication skills, standard Mandarin speaking level.
3. Proficient in basic Office documents, be able to type Chinese and English in a correct way.
4. Passionate for this working role, enable to work under the pressure, adaptive with different working shifts.

3.與銷售總監(jiān)協(xié)作,領導和監(jiān)督銷售團隊。
4.通過銷售談判,實現(xiàn)酒店的最大利潤和最高價格。
5.參加酒店客戶的活動以及當地社區(qū)商務或交流活動。
崗位要求:
1.旅游或酒店管理專業(yè)學士學位。
2.至少三年在國際酒店銷售部的工作經歷。
3.對本地,國內以及國際市場的客戶有深刻的了解。具有開發(fā)新商業(yè)機會的能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1.The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.?
2.?Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
3.In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team.
4.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
5.Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.??
2.Minimum 3 years’ in relevant experience within an international hotel chain.
3.Good in depth knowledge of accounts within local, domestic and international markets.? Ability to develop and hunt for new businesses.
