Job Description:
1.?協(xié)調(diào)餐飲部各部門(mén)的運(yùn)作。協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定餐廳及酒吧的預(yù)算。在餐飲部總監(jiān)及餐廳經(jīng)理中提供良好的溝通橋梁作用。
1.?Coordinate of day to day Food & Beverage outletactivities. To assist Director of Food & Beverage in Planning, organizing,budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link betweenOutlet Managers and the Director F&B.
2.?對(duì)于銷(xiāo)售和成本方面,隨時(shí)更新財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)(預(yù)算與實(shí)際),并確保銷(xiāo)售額和利潤(rùn)最大化。
2.?To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) insales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
3.?充分了解市場(chǎng)對(duì)餐廳各部門(mén)的需求和期望,確保各餐廳管理團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)于相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品線(菜單)的開(kāi)發(fā)。
3.?To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensurethat the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management teamaccordingly.
4.?有效地回應(yīng)內(nèi)部審計(jì)報(bào)告,跟進(jìn)客人的評(píng)論的調(diào)查。
4.?Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation followingguest comments.

Job Requirements:
1. 良好的口頭及書(shū)面溝通能力
1.?Good oral and written communication skills
2.?至少8年酒店相關(guān)運(yùn)做經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好具有國(guó)際連鎖酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.?Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity,preferably with international hotel chain
3.?全日制大專(zhuān)(含)以上學(xué)歷
3.?Associate degree or above
