Job Responsibilities
崗位職責(zé):
Supervises and Maintains thestandards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens,dishwashing areas, Garbage collection and storage, and any other productionareas.
Exercising effectiveenvironmentally friendly procedures
Complete job tasks strictly asper the S&P’s.
Organize, lead, direct andassist staff and report any problems in department to chief steward on a timelybasis.
有效的執(zhí)行工作程序。時刻保持廚房、洗碗處、垃圾房、庫房及其它工作區(qū)域高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的衛(wèi)生、清潔及安全。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行上級下達(dá)的各項任務(wù)。
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行所有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與程序以完成工作任務(wù)。
組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、指導(dǎo)和幫助員工工作和及時向總管事匯報所有部門內(nèi)發(fā)生的問題。
