2.???? Training and archive according the needs.
根據(jù)工作需求及員工的需求進(jìn)行日常的培訓(xùn),并記錄存檔。
3.??? To establish good relations with government (gas, steam etc.), to advance informed of relevant information and make relevant preparations, such as: stop gas / steam, safety valve and boiler & elevator check.
與政府燃?xì)?、蒸汽公司、安全技術(shù)監(jiān)督局建立良好關(guān)系,以提前獲知相關(guān)信息并做好相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備,如:停氣/汽、安全閥及鍋爐&電梯通過檢測。
4.??? To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
保證日常運(yùn)行的準(zhǔn)確,高效和準(zhǔn)時,并維護(hù)機(jī)電設(shè)備。提供技術(shù)支援領(lǐng)導(dǎo)員工進(jìn)行故障原因分析并進(jìn)行搶修。
5.??? To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
按照維修工作的需求制訂每天,每周和每月工作分配計劃。落實(shí)維修情況直到達(dá)標(biāo)。
6.??? Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance.
根據(jù)每位員工的不同情況合理分派工作,努力提高生產(chǎn)力,不斷完善工作方法和程序。
7.???? Constantly evaluate the systems, plants operation for modification and improvement.
經(jīng)常評估系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況,以便及時調(diào)整和改進(jìn)。
8.??? To develop preventive maintenance schedule plan and requirement based on labor availability, business cycle, seasonal considerations, code requirement, etc.
根據(jù)人手情況,營業(yè)情況,季節(jié)情況和法規(guī)要求安排預(yù)防維護(hù)計劃和需求。
9.??? To establish priorities of preventive maintenance based on factors such as importance of equipment/system to business or operation, repair or replacement cost, safety factor, recent repair history, etc.
根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況優(yōu)先安排某些預(yù)防維護(hù)計劃,例如對于酒店運(yùn)作比較重要的設(shè)備。維修和需更換花費(fèi)較多的設(shè)備,具有安全隱患的設(shè)備和根據(jù)最近頻繁故障停機(jī)搶修記錄需要優(yōu)先安排維護(hù)的設(shè)備等。
10. To update preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, labor & material estimates, special conditions, etc.
根據(jù)實(shí)際情況對預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)任務(wù)表進(jìn)行調(diào)整,包括對工作頻率、人力和材料投入的估計和可能發(fā)生的特殊情況的預(yù)測等等。
11. To determine materials availability for preventive maintenance with sufficient lead-time for acquisition.
要保證在進(jìn)行預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)時所需材料和時間的充足,預(yù)先提出零部件采購申請。
12. To assist in coordinating and execution of special projects and contractual work.
協(xié)助和執(zhí)行特殊項(xiàng)目和承包計劃。
13. To perform emergency duties as per outline in the hotel emergency procedure.
在緊急情況下執(zhí)行酒店緊急情況處理程序。
14. To assist the secretary in store management and inventory control. To involve in parts, materials source and quality checking.
協(xié)助部門秘書管理倉庫和控制存貨。包括了解零件和材料來源以及檢查其質(zhì)量。
15. To ensure that all established rules, regulations, p& p are strictly adhered to.
必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行已經(jīng)建立的規(guī)定,制度,政策和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序等。
16. To promote a cordial and caring attitude towards all associates and other departments.
對本部門和其它部門員工保持友善和關(guān)愛的態(tài)度。
17. To perform other duties as may assigned by Management
完成管理層安排的其它工作。
