【職位描述】
Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and within limits of establish Hotel policies, procedure of Food & Beverage Manual, he will be fully responsible to establish all operation procedures and necessary actions to be taken to guide any manager all activities and staff of the concerned department. To establish and maintain the highest level of quality, training, motivation, etc. With regards to the established guidelines.

1. Determines operational policies and standards on all Food & Beverage matters of hotel level.
制定與餐飲相關(guān)的制度和標準。
2. Establishes standards of food & beverage sales, trends and inventories.
建立標準的餐飲銷售,趨勢和目錄。
3. Recommends changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment.
不斷的改進制度,程序和設(shè)備。
4. Confers with management on reports, forecast budgets, policies and future planning.
在報告,預(yù)算,政策和未來計劃上與管理層協(xié)商。
5. Reviews price, sources of supply, food & beverage sales, trends and inventories.
查看價格,供貨來源,餐飲銷售,趨勢和清單。
6. Ensures top quality food and service to have complete guests’ satisfaction.

7. Informs management on sales submits monthly financial statements and comments on the operation.

8. Ensures that goals are achieved as outlined in the profit budget.

16. Review departmental programs to ensure development of future departmental heads.

【任職要求】
1. Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
具有策略性、創(chuàng)造性及靈活性。
2. Experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels morethan 2 years.
2年及以上同級別國際連鎖酒店的同崗位工作經(jīng)驗。
3. Pro-active management and leadership skills at all times
