    崗位職責(zé) 1.制定和實施房務(wù)部的運(yùn)行計劃、預(yù)算計劃。 2.優(yōu)化房務(wù)部的管理體系。下達(dá)房務(wù)部的運(yùn)行管理目標(biāo). 3.全面控制部門的管理費(fèi)用、固定費(fèi)用和變動費(fèi)用,節(jié)約開支。 4.定時查閱各部門的工作日記和每周總結(jié)匯報,督查各部門的工作進(jìn)度及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,糾正偏差,作出處理。 5.對本部門的安全、消防、衛(wèi)生工作負(fù)責(zé),及時掌握新的規(guī)范、條例。因地制宜的實施好各種防范工作。 6. 熟悉本部門經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)營管理和行政管理知識,了解與商業(yè)、酒店等經(jīng)營有關(guān)的法律法規(guī)知識。 任職資格 1.五星級酒店所屬區(qū)域管理經(jīng)驗。2.形象氣質(zhì)良好。 3.至少部門經(jīng)理以上職務(wù)參與過一家五星以上酒店的全程籌備經(jīng)驗,具備籌備開業(yè)經(jīng)驗。 4.了解熟悉客人的消費(fèi)心理關(guān)注客戶需求。 5.全面負(fù)責(zé)房務(wù)部的運(yùn)營、管理及使客房利益最大化。 6.具有良好的溝通技巧和對客溝通能力,和超前的創(chuàng)新意識、營銷思路和豐富的房務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗。
