MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)

The Reservations and Revenue Manager is responsible for the supervisionof all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve thehighest possible occupancy levels for maximizing room revenues and profit. Maximizeoverall hotel revenue; while balancing profitability; through implementation ofan effective revenue management process and data driven fact based business decisions.To take on a leadership and decision making role for property pricing, distributionand trade off decisions concerning any piece of business (crew, group, corporateetc)
預(yù)訂及收益經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)訂部所有活動(dòng)的監(jiān)督,達(dá)到盡可能高的入住率,以最大化客房收入和利潤(rùn)為目的。通過貫徹執(zhí)行有效的收益管理程序和數(shù)據(jù)分析,基于生意決策,最大限度提高酒店收入,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)率。擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和決策層的角色,根據(jù)每個(gè)生意(航空機(jī)組,團(tuán)隊(duì),公司),為酒店定價(jià),分配和權(quán)衡決定。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
·???????College degreeor above, major in hotel management or marketing is preferred.
大專以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
·? ? ?Minimum 3 years’ experience as ahotel reservations and revenue manager
至少三年酒店預(yù)訂及收益管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
·????Exposure to industry,which required high service standard.
展現(xiàn)高水平的行業(yè)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
·????Pre-openingexperience is preferred.
有籌備經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS其他專業(yè)要求
·???????Complete understanding and familiar with hotel reservation system.
完全了解和熟練運(yùn)用酒店預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)。
·???????Ability to provide direction and training to associates and evaluatetheir performance.
