2.Ensuring personalresponsibility in overseeing all aspects of general department and officecoordination. To maintain events calendar in line with workflow and meetings.

3.Collaborating with department heads on attendance records, annual leave andovertime balances.

4.Assistingall Rooms sections on controlling stock items, inventory supplies and retailgoods.
協(xié)助其他分部關(guān)于存貨的控制,聯(lián)系存貨供應(yīng)商以及零售商品。
5.Adoptingadvanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Rooms Departmentand hospitality profession, including experiential knowledge for management ofpeople and problems.
了解掌握房務(wù)部門的基本原則以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品知識(shí),包括管理人員以及處理問題的能力。
6.Assisting theDirector of Rooms in formulating the annual budget, consolidating forecastsfiles from all sections and overseeing monetary budget spending.
協(xié)助房務(wù)總監(jiān)制定年度預(yù)算,監(jiān)督貨幣預(yù)算的支出及財(cái)務(wù)文檔整理歸檔。
7.Showingthe ability to negotiate with, convince, sell and influence local hospitalityvendors / suppliers.
對(duì)于酒店當(dāng)?shù)氐匿N售商/供應(yīng)商有一定的談判,說服,銷售能力。
8.Takingan active role in the achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Toresearch, prepare and consolidate data for management consideration andpresentation.
對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)部門目標(biāo)起到積極作用,包括準(zhǔn)備,維護(hù)和整理管理層需要的數(shù)據(jù)。
