This position is concerned with over-all operation of Housekeeping? and coordinating with all related department mainly Food & Beverage, Front Office and Engineering.
本崗位負(fù)責(zé)客房部的所有部門的運(yùn)營(yíng),并且協(xié)調(diào)餐飲部、前廳部及工程部等其它部門。
1.To direct the activities of Housekeeping daily operation to maintain and improve high cleaning standard of guestrooms and public areas as well as courteous service to guest.
指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督客房部每天的運(yùn)營(yíng),保證客房和公共區(qū)域都達(dá)到清潔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及所有員工的對(duì)客服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)。
2.To administrate the hiring and handle the resignation, rewards, reprimand of all the team member in Housekeeping and Laundry Departments in consulting with Personnel Office.
與人事部門配合,執(zhí)行對(duì)本部門員工的雇傭解聘、薪金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)及罰金制度。
3.To establish training program, methods and procedures for development of employees.
為員工制訂設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、方法及步驟。
4.To make regular tour of inspection in vacant and occupied guestrooms to assure the cleaning standard is kept.
經(jīng)常檢查空房和在住房,確保房間達(dá)到高清潔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5.To tour the guestrooms floors, back stairways, rooftop, offices and public areas to ensure the cleaning are well maintained.
巡視酒店各個(gè)樓層、安全通道、樓梯、頂層、辦公室、所有公共區(qū)域,同樣確保其清潔度。
6.To maintain effective communication with Engineering for repairing and maintaining of guest - rooms and ensure rooms are in good condition at all times.
和工程部保持有效溝通與合作,維護(hù)保養(yǎng)客房,使房間一直處于一種良好的狀態(tài)。
7.To consult with Front Office regarding room blocking for special repairing or spring cleaning and return for sale at short length of time.
與前廳部協(xié)調(diào)配合,關(guān)于關(guān)閉維修房和需全面清理的房間,并保證在最短時(shí)間讓其恢復(fù)以供出售。
8.To hold daily briefing with floor supervisors, to give information about daily expected VIP arrivals, guest complaints and special assignment etc.
每天參加和樓層主管的會(huì)議,告知當(dāng)天預(yù)抵的VIP的相關(guān)信息,以及客人的意見(jiàn)投訴和其它一些當(dāng)天任務(wù)安排等。
9.To conduct a monthly Housekeeping communication meeting to discuss the team member feedback, to rectify the errors for improvement, to communicate all the special instructions and happenings within the hotel, other than morning briefing.
進(jìn)行月度客房部溝通會(huì)議,聽(tīng)取員工意見(jiàn)以更改完善管理辦法。
10.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的職責(zé)和被指派的職責(zé)。
崗位要求
1、大專畢業(yè)學(xué)歷或同等以上。
2、有5年以上同星級(jí)客房管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、熟悉客房部專業(yè)知識(shí),熟練使用電腦,具備使用客房專業(yè)英語(yǔ)的溝通和工作能力。
4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服務(wù)流程和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5、具有組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、應(yīng)變能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力以及文字表達(dá)能力和信息管理能力。
