營(yíng)運(yùn)管理
Operational
§? 按照制定的計(jì)劃時(shí)間表開(kāi)展客房服務(wù)和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作并高質(zhì)量的完成工作。
Carries out guestroom servicing/ maintenance works according to the established schedule and high ?quality of finishing work.
§? 操作指派的機(jī)械設(shè)備或者主機(jī)房,確保按照營(yíng)業(yè)要求持續(xù)不斷的有效運(yùn)作。
Operates assigned machines/ equipment or “Primary Plant” as to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
§? 依照政策程序,處理所有燃料的運(yùn)送,確認(rèn),儲(chǔ)存和使用。
Handles the verification, storage and utilisation of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the established Policies & Procedures.
§? 運(yùn)用適當(dāng)正確的工具和物料完成工作。.
Maintains trolley with proper tools and materials to complete duties.
§? 立即報(bào)告領(lǐng)班工作中遇到的困難。
Reports immediately to Team Leader any difficulties in completing jobs.
§? 確保所有的工具和設(shè)備一直處于正常而有序的狀態(tài)。
Maintains and ensures all tool and equipment are in good order at all times.
§? 保持所有工作區(qū)域的清潔衛(wèi)生,并且高于客房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Maintains the cleanliness and high housekeeping standards in all works areas.
§? 落實(shí)已分配的特殊工程項(xiàng)目。
Carries out special projects as assigned.
§? 開(kāi)展并準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成所有要求的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作,尤其關(guān)注與顧客密切相關(guān)的工作。
Carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time and pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
§? 保證工程部?jī)?chǔ)藏室的物資存貨充足,并嚴(yán)格控制消耗量。
Maintains the Engineering store and keeps close control on consumption of material and inventory.
§? 向領(lǐng)班/工程師提交零件和耗用品的采購(gòu)清單。
Submits request to the Team Leader/ Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
§? 協(xié)助控制所有有效消耗,確保酒店所有部門(mén)能源的合理利用。
Assists in monitoring and controlling all utility consumption ensuring optimum energy usage by all departments of hotel.
§? 協(xié)助監(jiān)控所有設(shè)備效能,為節(jié)能減少消耗出謀劃策。
Assists in monitoring energy efficiency of all equipment; makes recommendations and advises for energy saving to reduce wastage.
§? 將所有運(yùn)行設(shè)備的操作手冊(cè)和備用零件的清單保存于庫(kù)房。
Keeps manuals and spare parts list of all operational equipment in library.
§? 隨時(shí)隨地嚴(yán)格遵守所有的安全規(guī)則。
Strictly adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
§? 根據(jù)通過(guò)的功能請(qǐng)求表,協(xié)助處理其它部門(mén)的特殊要求。
Provides Engineering assistance for all special request from other operation departments as per approved function request sheets.
§? 嚴(yán)格遵循所有工作區(qū)域的清潔程序,在工作中注意保護(hù)周?chē)h(huán)境。
Strictly adheres to the cleanliness of all work area, protecting the surroundings when executing jobs.
§? 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備或安裝工作出現(xiàn)與安全有關(guān)的反常現(xiàn)象,立刻報(bào)告領(lǐng)班和工程師。
Reports any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to Team Leader/ Engineer.
§? 將所有的用完的工具歸還到工具箱或倉(cāng)庫(kù)。
Returns and keeps all tools and equipment in designated cabinet or store after use.

§? 記錄每天的工作日志
Maintains the Engineering Daily Log Book.
§? 及時(shí)提交所有顧客/員工的突發(fā)事件報(bào)告。
Submits all guest/ employee incident reports on a timely basis.
§? 依照酒店的“遺失和拾到”程序,處理并上報(bào)“遺失和拾到”項(xiàng)目。
Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.

總則
General
§? 確保部門(mén)的服務(wù)是高效、連貫,有禮貌的,符合部門(mén)操作守則所規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Ensures services provided by Engineering are always available and are always carried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
§? 積極參與所有要求參加的會(huì)議。
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
§? 確保所有員工始終如一的提供禮貌而專(zhuān)業(yè)的服務(wù)。.
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
§? 禮貌而高效的處理顧客和員工的提問(wèn),如果不能立即解決的,在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)匯報(bào)投訴和問(wèn)題,并及時(shí)跟進(jìn)回饋。
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
§? 了解雇員立法和勞資關(guān)系,嚴(yán)格遵循員工手冊(cè)的規(guī)章準(zhǔn)則、酒店雇用政策、衛(wèi)生政策和健康安全政策。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
§? 高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求個(gè)人的言行舉止和衣著裝扮。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
§? 保持好積極正面的顧客關(guān)系和同事關(guān)系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§? 參加所有的核心培訓(xùn)和相關(guān)的技能培訓(xùn)。
Attends all Core training and related skills training.
§? 協(xié)助保障顧客和酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全。
Assists in maintaining a high level of safety and security for guests and hotel property.
§? 必須完全熟悉所有的安全出口,緊急電話號(hào)碼和工具。
To be fully conversant with all fire exits, emergency telephone numbers and facilities.
§? 承擔(dān)合理的工作職責(zé)和第二職責(zé),并根據(jù)酒店和公司的需要做相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
