    【崗位職責】 1、負責酒店各部門的人員招聘工作,發(fā)布招聘信息,篩選簡歷,安排面試,協助辦理新員工入職手續(xù)(如簽訂勞動合同、錄入員工信息等); 2、協助完善酒店人力資源相關制度,確保符合勞動法規(guī)及公司政策; 3、負責新員工入職培訓及員工檔案管理,確保信息準確、完整; 4、協助處理員工關系,包括員工溝通、問題協調及離職面談; 5、確保員工工資、獎金,確保按時發(fā)放。 6、辦理社保、公積金等增減員及相關手續(xù)。 7、統計考勤數據,作為薪酬計算的依據。 8、辦理辦理員工離職、調崗、轉正等手續(xù),整理相關檔案,登記好各類員工信息表單。 9、參與酒店內部績效考核及薪酬福利相關事務的輔助工作; 10、完成上級交辦的其他人力資源相關工作。 【崗位要求】 1、對人力資源工作有熱情,愿意在酒店行業(yè)長期發(fā)展; 2、具備良好的溝通能力及團隊協作精神,能高效處理多任務; 3、熟悉辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PPT等)的基本操作; 4、工作細致耐心,具備較強的責任心和抗壓能力; 5、有酒店行業(yè)或人力資源相關經驗者優(yōu)先,無經驗者可接受培訓上崗。
