§? 確保維護一個有組織的、及時更新的人事記錄檔案系統(tǒng)。
Ensures that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all personnel records.
§? 確保所有員工的行為都能符合當(dāng)?shù)氐姆伞?Ensures all employment practices are in keeping with local legislation.
§? 確保對于員工的檔案資料進行及時并保密地管理。
Ensures the timely and confidential management of associate data.
§? 確保人事紀(jì)錄錄入人力資源系統(tǒng)。
Enters Personnel records into the HR System.
§? 確保在員工申請工傷的過程中各種文件恰當(dāng)使用。
Ensuring proper documentation for the process of associate work accidents claim.
§? 根據(jù)人事經(jīng)理所指派的任務(wù),與當(dāng)?shù)氐膭谫Y機構(gòu)緊密協(xié)調(diào)合作。
Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Personnel Manager.
§? 按時準(zhǔn)備員工離職及曠工報表。
Preparation of turnover and absenteeism reports in a timely manner.??
§? 協(xié)助檢查員工餐廳的食品質(zhì)量及衛(wèi)生狀況。
Assists in checking the food quality and cleanliness of the Associate Restaurant.
§? 維護各種手冊及電子人事檔案以確保所有所需記錄的正確性。
Maintains manual and electronic personnel files, ensuring that required record keeping is accurate.
§? 協(xié)助檢查以確保所有員工設(shè)施能夠按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)得到維護,例如員工更衣柜、員工餐廳、員工宿舍以及員工吸煙區(qū)。
Assists by checking to ensure all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate lockers, Associate Restaurant, Associate Dormitory and Associate smoking area.

§? 協(xié)助完成新員工的錄用、登記,在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r間安排面試的事宜。
Assists in the recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration and arranging interview at appropriate time.
§? 維護所有的應(yīng)聘要求以便從中選擇合適的人選。
Maintains all applications, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions
§? 確保查閱所有的求職申請,不論通過還是拒絕都能在兩周之內(nèi)給予回復(fù)。
Ensures that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/ reject letters are sent out 2 weeks from date of receipt.
§? 協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備酒店的招聘資料,使其能夠加強宣傳本酒店的特性和表達專業(yè)的企業(yè)形象。
Assists in the preparation of recruitment advertisements that reinforces the corporate identity and projects a professional image.
§? 與相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)機構(gòu)及酒店專業(yè)學(xué)校保持緊密地聯(lián)系。
Maintains close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools.

Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/ payroll costs within acceptable guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
§? 確保新技術(shù)和新設(shè)備的使用,“靈活處理工作”的同時提高生產(chǎn)力。
Ensures new technology & equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.
§? 確保考勤記錄能夠按照既定的政策和程序進行檢查。
Ensures Attendance Record check is being carried out according to the Policies & Procedures.

Ensures consistent and fair Grievance handling and Misconduct management, providing professional counselling and coaching to correct inappropriate behaviours.

Ensures all associates maintain up-to-date awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
§? 禮貌而高效的處理客人和員工詢問,對不能立即解決的投訴和問題進行匯報。
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
§? 了解關(guān)于員工及行業(yè)關(guān)系的法律、法規(guī),理解并嚴(yán)格遵守員工手冊中的規(guī)章制度,及酒店關(guān)于防火、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全的制度。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

Assists the Personnel Manager in preparing the Human Resources Report and Manning Report on a timely manner.
§? 協(xié)助管理酒店的相關(guān)測評及評估。
Assists with the management of the Hotel Evaluation and Appraisal processes.
§? 積極參與員工福利、安全、發(fā)展及健康的活動,并給予建議、咨詢和真實、恰當(dāng)?shù)姆答仭?Is actively involved in the welfare, safety, development and well-being of associates providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.
§? 確保高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個人形象和儀容儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
§? 與客人和同事保持基于良好工作關(guān)系的接觸。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
