MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
The Outlet Manager is to oversee day to day operations of the “The Good Kitchen” and Specialty Restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, colleague welfare,and profit margins.
餐廳經(jīng)理管理全日制餐廳以及特色餐廳每天的運(yùn)營(yíng), 關(guān)注客人,提升顧客滿意度、保障同事福利,盡可能在控制成本的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
???College degree or above

PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
???Work experience in a similar position in a five Star Hotel for 2-3 years. Technical course in F&B management. Minimum 3 years full time course
2-3年其他五星酒店同職位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。滿3年的餐飲技術(shù)管理課程
???Prior experience in operating or opening one of our Company Managed Hotels,alternatively prior experience in operating or opening one of our competitor Hotels.
曾有運(yùn)營(yíng)或籌備開業(yè)本公司旗下酒店的經(jīng)驗(yàn),或者曾有運(yùn)營(yíng)或籌備開業(yè)我們競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手酒店的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
