The Reception Supervisor oversees the front desk operations and is responsible for training Guest Service Agents in their role. They deliver friendly and efficient service to guests and minimize any inconvenience to the guest throughout the shift.
前臺主管的工作職責為負責前臺的日常工作,確保前臺接待員為賓客提供滿意周到的服務。前臺主管提供友好、高效的服務從而減少客人的不便。
JOB SPECIFICATION【崗位要求】
1.Fluently English speaking
英文流利;
2.Well Operate the Opera System
熟練操作Opera前臺系統(tǒng);
3.Minimum 2 years experience in star-hotel reception.
具有國際品牌酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗2年以上者優(yōu)先考慮。
